Can we check-in early?

That all depends if we have a guest checking out on the day of your arrival. If so, we will need the entire time to clean the home to perfection for your stay. However, we try to accommodate all requests!

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM for all of our homes.

Can I host a party or special event?

We strictly prohibit parties or special events of any kind. Guest count can not exceed the maximum occupancy for the home at any given time.

What is the minimum age to rent one of your homes?

The minimum age is 25 years old. No exceptions.

My family and I loved the house and the neighborhood. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was great to soak in after a long day of adventures. We looked at many different houses and this was the best price, best looking house, best neighborhood and surrounding area & had a game room for the family to play in! The backyard is adorable and peaceful. The house was clean & had many sleeping options. Ones of the bedrooms even has a sleep number bed and that was amazing bc my son has a bad back so he was able to adjust the head and feet and the firmness of the bed. The host was so friendly and responsive. The location was great, it wasn’t far from anything. But it wasn’t snack dab in the middle of the city so it was very quiet sitting outside. The coffee bar was perfect!! I loved all of the selections for espresso and drip coffee. We really couldn’t have asked for more in our stay! It was great! We will definitely come and stay again! Have you ever tried keeping five kids, their parents, grandparents, a great-aunt, & a great-uncle (ages 4-80 entertained for an entire vacation? Not easy, yet thankfully this house did most of the work for us. This property became one of our favorite family vacations ever. Every generation found something they loved, and nobody wanted the trip to end. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, & perfectly located for exploring San Antonio. We visited the Alamo & Natural Bridge Caverns, but there were days we were just as happy staying at the house. The house was as described just in a sketchy neighborhood. House was big and spacious, lots of games and well stocked coffee bar. The downfalls was smoke detector was beeping the whole time ( very annoying) dryer took 3 hours to dry a load of clothes, and electricity went off at 2am both nights we stayed. First night a storm came through so that was understandable but second night don't know what happened. King bed was comfortable but other guest said queen beds were a little hard. Very well decorated. It accommodated the 14 of us ok There was a broken bar stool that someone fell off of because didn't know it was broken. Our group was trying to do them a favor and we stripped the beds and one of the group noticed when they took off the mattress cover that there were pee stains on the bed but the host tried to blame it on us. So I will never rent from them again. I have been with Airbnb for over 9 years and every where I have stayed every Host has welcomed me back and called me family.

We were there for my daughter's 17th birthday weekend with 3 of her friends. There was plenty of space and a separate room so I could have room quiet. The game room was nice and gave them activities to do. The hot tub worked very well and it was clean. The only thing that stood out that I didnt like was the back porch smelled like cat pee. There wasn't much for grilling utensils either. Overall this property was great and would definitely recommend.

Our family really enjoyed our week getaway here! The house was big enough to easily accommodate 13 of us. The pool was perfect size for the kids and all the games/separate game room was an awesome space for the kids (and adults) to escape and play or watch movies. House was as pictured, clean and very comfortable. Owners were attentive and quick to respond to our questions—they even brought over a brand new blow dryer within an hour of us asking! We LOVED the heated pool and the outdoor kitchen was impressive. Even more impressive was the house kitchen and all its amenities including an air fryer, rice cooker, pressure cooker, Keurig coffee maker, SHARP knives, and every kind of gadget you could want. There were even some spices that came in very handy for a few meals. Master bed memory foam mattress was very comfortable and no one else complained about their mattresses. We had a couple of infants with us and appreciated the high chair and Pack and Play. The kids and adults enjoyed the media room and foosball table on the second floor. TVs in every room were nice also. We’ve stayed in a number of rentals and this was one of the best. A big THANK YOU to the owners who clearly put a lot of thought into creating a home away from home.

We had a great time. It’s very rare to have an Air B&B look and feel exactly as the host said it would, and this is that rare exception: beautiful photos, description, and in reality! This house is a fabulous homebase for visits to San Antonio. The house, of course, has tons of amenities, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, there were extra blankets, and all the touches of home without actually being home, which really felt nice and that we experienced as a super high value. Love the pool and the game room. When we showed up, all he needed to do was hang out: everything we needed was there, and there was no need to travel anywhere else. The Neighborhood is very quiet/safe, the house was extremely clean, and the layout was extraordinarily comfortable! On top of all this, communication with the host was outstanding; they were quick to return emails, answer questions, and provide any info needed, accurately and honestly. If you stay at only one AirB&B in your life, make this the one!

We had a great stay overall! The property has a ton of space and is perfect for groups—especially if you enjoy yard games, relaxing in the hot tub, or playing shuffleboard. The wet/coffee bar is a really nice touch, and the home is well-equipped with everything you could need, from kitchen utensils to an Xbox and TVs in nearly every room. The only downside is the surrounding neighborhood. While it seems like it’s improving, it doesn’t quite have the curb appeal you might expect. There are also some stray dogs (they won’t bother you) and a rooster nearby, so there can be some noise at times. That said, Marcela has thoughtfully placed sound machines in every room, which definitely helps. If you’re a light sleeper or need complete silence, it’s something to consider. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

We had such a great 2-night stay here! The house was super neat, very clean, and had all the essentials we needed which made everything really comfortable. Phenomenal house that made for a fantastic family Thanksgiving. We had a total of 11 people (6 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 younger kids). There was ample space, so no one was tripping over each other throughout the weekend. All bedrooms had very comfortable beds and amenities that made it easy to escape the "crowd" if needed, with TVs in all but one bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked for almost anything you want to cook. There is no shortage of activities, games (indoor/outdoor), and of course, the hot tub to relax and have fun. No one in our party was bored throughout the trip. Even with 4 additional dinner guests for Thanksgiving, this property was not even close to cramped. David and Marela were very quick to respond to our inquiries before our stay and check in on us throughout the stay. They even gave us a quick inventory of the kitchen before we arrived. They were very friendly and supportive. We had no concerns with the neighborhood. Highly recommend this property.

Wow! From the moment I booked this place to just now getting home, the hosts were so helpful, accommodating and responsive. You could tell they took great pride in the home. Everything was exactly as stated in the listing and pictures. Safe area. Very large house. Beds were super comfortable, nice linens, multiple pillow choices, AC. En suite bathrooms. Could use updating but great water pressure! We all had separate areas so a lot of privacy too. But this is a house for getting together. There is so much to do no matter what your interests. Large TVs everywhere. Beautiful pool table. Fun bar area. The outdoor area was well landscaped. The pool was heated (at no charge!) Comfortable lounge chairs. But the game room was the highlight. Every game you can imagine was there. We had a family competition with 8 game stations. Lots of space. A bathroom. Huge, comfortable sofa to watch TV. Beautiful roomy home and amazing backyard/pool. Hammocks, games, grill, tons of outdoor seating and lounging space. Plus the huge converted garage! We enjoyed watching the UT football game in there with so much room to spread out. There’s ping pong tables and lots of other games, pool table and shuffleboard in the main house. And a gorgeous bar! We had 4 couples in our group and everyone had their own room and bathroom. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms and baths. Huge kitchen with all you need for cooking (cabinets and drawers thoughtfully labeled). Plenty of room to sit as a group together for meals. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

This is the 10th year we have rented a house for our vacation with this group of two families. I would say this is the best house we've stayed at on the vacations we've taken. The Hacienda was stocked with EVERYTHING. This is not the norm with vacation rentals. Toiletries, dish detergent, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, cappuccino/coffee bar, spices, towels a plenty just to name a few. There are TVs everywhere, and not small ones., the 70+ inch variety. There are also cellphone wireless chargers everywhere. What a nice touch and very convenient. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We have 13 people in the house and everyone slept comfortably. We didn't even need to use the hide-a-beds in the living room. We also loved the pool and patio area. It was a great mix of sun and shade with plenty of chairs. The Cave entertainment area was a HUGE hit with our teenage/young adult children. The loved the games and ping-pong tables. It was an excellent bonus space. There was just so much space in general- good sized kitchen (two full-sized refrigerators) and a small breakfast nook that seats 4 off the kitchen as well as a dining room table off the living room that seated another 8. It was utilized for both meals and competitive games of poker! Which, by the way, the house has two sets of poker chips, one in the Cave and one behind the awesome bar. And speaking of the bar, it was stocked with all the utensils to make your favorite drinks (the small bar fridge was a nice touch). The location was great. Under 20 minutes to downtown and River Walk and there are a ton of great restaurants close by. The neighborhood is great as well. Safe and quiet. I cannot say enough nice things about this property. It made the trip! As for the hosts, they were excellent. I emailed/texted a few times with questions and information, and they got right back to me. Outstanding support and communication. This is a 10/10 +++++ property and management group. The best.

My family and I have been renting from Airbnb for several years. This rental was by far the best place we have ever rented. The home was absolutely beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and well organized. All the kitchen cabinets were labeled so you know exactly where everything was and where to put it when you were finished. We wanted for nothing. The amenities were spectacular especially the game room. The rental was about ten minutes from the airport and all the activities we enjoyed were no more than twenty minutes away. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and all bedrooms had smart tvs in working order. The tvs in the game room and living room were huge. We watched some March Madness and felt like we were sitting court side. San Antonio was such a great city. The food was delicious. The people were friendly and all the history was great. We particularly enjoyed Pinkerton’s BBQ. This rental was perfect for our extended family. I know your family would enjoy it too. ❤️

It’s still 5 stars, but I am just against the guest having to do anything. I’m not sure if that’s common in Texas but I’ve never had that asked of me at other Airbnb’s.

1) the roaches. The pest control team did terrible or never truly sprayed. Baby roaches throughout the kitchen screams infestation. They were coming out from under the fridge, behind the microwave, and the dishwasher. There was one of found in a bedroom and a couple of them on the countertop crawling around our food. people were finding it hard to relax. Due to roaches on the countertops. I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURES. 2)The neighborhood dogs. We kept getting chased down the street by a group of dogs. 3)The neighborhood cats. Should fully enclose the porch that would help. 4) Housekeeping. The house needs a deep cleaning. Housekeepers are truly cleaning the surface not getting in the crevices. This majorly impacts the quality of the house. 5) shower. Waterfall shower heads and handheld sprayed water all over the floor. 6) outside trash cans were full of garbage. 7) the train was not that big of a deal for us but absolutely noisy. I NEED MORE SPACE FOR REST OF COMPLAINTS

The home was beyond spacious for our crowd and sweetly quaint at the same time! We are a family with 8 adults and 6 small children. The house was perfect. It had a private back yard where they could play, a nice deck to play on and make s’ mores, room to play inside. It was close to the sites we wanted to visit. The house was the best stocked I have stayed at. It had ample dishes, appliances, glasses and coffee mugs, and pots and pans. Loved the reverse osmosis filtered water. We loved all the dining seating and sofa areas. There was a train crossing about 2 blocks away. It bothered 1 in our group but the rest of us barely noticed it. We had 4 vehicles and had plenty of parking room. The neighborhood is older but there was 24 hour surveillance cameras so we never felt unsafe. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose to do so.

This was by far an awesome find. Check in was simple as well as checkout. The rooms in the house are spread out so everyone did not feel on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family and the coffee bar was a hit. The game room and bar area provided plenty of entertainment within the house. The back yard set up and pool was amazing and very large. We felt like we were far from any surrounding neighbors so made it very private and peaceful. The pictures are spot on and not filtered. Marcela might have a lengthy list of rules to follow but gives a lot of directions, so you do not have to wonder or ask how to do anything. I do not blame for the elaborate instructions and rules very easy to respect given the quality of the hose. Looking forward to returning with the family.

GREAT property especially if you enjoy the charm of a Spanish-style home. It is a mix of old & new but the new is in areas where it really counts…such as the appliances. The listing for this property leads with a picture of the outdoor space and that is for good reason. The rear patio with the pool is a truly exceptional space. The interior has some great open spaces as well but as an older home, there are also some tight spaces such as the kitchen. We had a group of 9 from Grands down to Grandkids and everyone felt comfortable and happy in the home. My only true “caution” would be for any group driving in with multiple vehicles. The parking area is nice but does have a gate and trucks will not fit in the 2 spaces which are covered.

This airbnb definitely dissapointed us. We were able to book exceeding the maximum and just hours before us leaving to San Antonio, hosts lets us know that we were exceeding maximum but since it was such short notice, and we couldn't book elsewhere, we were allowed to stay. Place was not what we were expecting. Not thoroughly cleaned. All the showers had mold, kitchen had crumbs of food, hot tub had brown dirt all over the bottom, showers didn't work well, our socks got dirty as soon as we walked in and it was in the most awful part of San Antonio, literally blocks from the homeless. Train was in the way and blocked us from arriving, took us an extra hour to arrive because of it blocking our way. I would really recommend looking elsewhere.

The best airbnb/rental property we have ever stayed. We had a large group of 11 (6 adults and 5 children) and everything was perfect. Plenty of space inside and out. Everybody loved the pool and the outside sitting area. The outside area is a peaceful place to just sit around and spend time with the family.All of the furniture is very comfortable. All the beds including the pull out couch were comfortable. Plenty of things to do. Kitchen has every tool or gadget needed to cook for a large group. Everything was extremely clean. Loved the coffee bar. Tha pool table and the many different games to play made for great family time. We were provided with plenty of towels (beach towels for pool and bath towels). Also was provided with enough toilet paper,laundry detergent, and paper towels for our whole stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

My family and I had a great time at the Hacienda. The house was even more beautiful in person. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. The kids had their own area upstairs. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all the amenities. As big coffee drinkers the coffee bar was one of our favorite parts of the house. Everyone had a blast in the heated pool. The house was also very close to many grocery stores. Overall, great host and beautiful home. We hope to be back soon.

My family, my sisters family, and my parents were in town for our great-grandmothers 99th birthday. The kids with us ranged from 2 months - 14 years. Every kid had a great time because there is something for all ages there! When I mentioned there being 2 babies, they immediately offered to get a second pack and play (very much appreciated). The pool was great and heated perfectly! The house was large enough that even though there were a number of us there, we didn’t feel like we were walking on each other—it was great! We will definitely be back.

Marcela and David were very kind and accommodating and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to go with our grandchildren and places to eat. Their home is spectacular and sparkling clean inside and outside. They have absolutely everything you need in a kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar! The house more than met our expectations!!! There wasn't a thing that they weren't stocked with and if you're a coffee lover than you will be on cloud 9. There was a nice amount of space to spread out, have privacy, lots of entertainment with all of the different game options (pool, arcade, shuffleboard) etc. the pool was lavish and well maintained. Communication was on point and sweet hosts. We definitely plan to stay there again as everything was wonderful.!!! We had purchased too much food so we left it for the house cleaners and they were so appreciative. The hosts and home will not disappoint 😊

This is a spectacular place! I have stayed in many airbnbs and many cities, this is one of the top two stays in my history. Normally I use Airbnb stays to travel with family. This time I needed a place to bring my executive team for a strategy session. Perfect size, quiet neighborhood, privacy, beautiful setting for creative thought. The outdoor games, pool table, old school arcade games allowed us to keep the energy high when we got bogged down or needed a break. We opted to cook dinner at the place as a team rather than go out and the pool side fire pit and grill and ridiculously stocked kitchen made it perfect. Again, 10 out of 10!

We were very happy with the house. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it very comfortable for our extended family. The house really was great for the 4 kids, ages 2 to 11, having the outside area, the inside games and the hot tub to keep them entertained. It is so close to the downtown which made it super convenient. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. The house appears to be a newer build in an older neighborhood. It had so many amenities that really stood out - from the well-supplied kitchen and dining, the white noise machines, the baby-friendly items - it was really a great stay! We will definitely book this home again! We had a family trip planned for Fiesta Texas and this house was everything! Accurately described and one of the only properties that I've booked that literally had everything you could think of. It was really nice not having to worry about running out to grab anything that the host didn’t provide enough of (i.e. Trash bags and paper products that are often not provided enough of for a large family). I am so happy we picked this home. It had everything we could have imagined for a larger group. The host made us feel comfortable from check in to check out. Host provided ice, sprinkling waters, water, plenty of coffee, plates, and so much more. We didn’t need to run to the store for anything. The home was so clean and so was the swimming pool. This house was nice and great for our group of 14, with ages ranging from 70 years old to 10 months old. I was a little concerned about the children as we didn’t have a pool like our normal vacations, but the backyard was amazing and very entertaining for them. I loved the fact that there was plenty of space to spread out between the inside and outside of the home. I was pleased to see 2 ovens as we always try to prepare at least 2 meals in, so the 2 ovens made it easy. There’s one bedroom that doesn’t have a TV and seemed to be hotter than the other rooms. Marcela and David, were great hosts and responded within minutes when I had to reach out to them. We booked this home for the close proximity to attractions which were great. There’s easy assess to the interstates. There’s no stores in this particular area, I think I saw only one gas station. The closest Walmart was like 10-15 mins away without traffic. Overall, it was a great rental!

I loved the pictures and the space and amenities that were provided. When arrived it was easy to get in and have access. Place had enough of space for our party of 16. However we had the host contact us the next day that there were complaints about neighbors saying we were making a lot of noise and host accused us. Didn’t care to ask and told us they would call the police next time. I was livid! I explained we didn’t have music at all. We had 5 children under the age of 5 that were sleep. Last thing ofcourse we wanted to do was make noise. I explained this to them. Thy didn’t care to ask or anything just accused us. Which I knew was total bs which made me think they probably were spying on us through cameras because all adults were in the back porch talking and hot tub had a couple of beers like any other get together. I mean were spending 1600.00 for 3 days. Anyways my daughter and mother went to get eggs to a local corner store there was people shooting up. NEIGHBORHOOD IS BAD! Run!
