Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at any of out homes.

Can we check-in early?

That all depends if we have a guest checking out on the day of your arrival. If so, we will need the entire time to clean the home to perfection for your stay. However, we try to accommodate all requests!

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM for all of our homes.

Can I host a party or special event?

We strictly prohibit parties or special events of any kind. Guest count can not exceed the maximum occupancy for the home at any given time.

What is the minimum age to rent one of your homes?

The minimum age is 25 years old. No exceptions.

My family and I were in town for my niece’s graduation and wanted a space where the kids could swim and we could grill and enjoy some family time for a couple of days, and this was the perfect spot to do just that. It was just a quick drive to the Alamodome where the graduation ceremony was held, and anything we needed was within a convenient drive from the house. The kids enjoyed the game room and the older folks enjoyed dusting off our packman skills and shooting pool in the main house. We made great use of the kitchen and grill, and everyone slept great! I would definitely recommend this house for larger families with children as there is plenty of games to keep them entertained! Great experience!

Where do I even begin? The description of the well appointed, massive hole was spot-on, but the house is even more stunning in person. From the spacious layout to the beautifully maintained backyard, w a pool, every detail exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect setting for our family of 11 spanning three generations from grandparents to a 5-year-old. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, with everything clearly labeled to make settling in seamless. A truly memorable experience. We can’t wait to return. We had a wonderful memorial day weekend. Checking in was easy. The place was fully stocked with everything we could imagine. We grilled out, played in the pool and had a movie night. The extra fridge helped keep our feast cool. The king beds were soft and and queens were firm. The kids loved the second level bedroom. We were thankful for the extra locks on the doors to the pool for the kids. The coffee bar was our favorite morning to-do item.
